This can be made with an oven by baking or using the air fryer. I made this using the air fryer as it’s really quick and makes it nice and crispy without heating a whole oven and cleaning a baking sheet and silicone matt.
Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 1 (14-ounce) package extra firm tofu cut into half inch pieces
