This is a staple sour cream. This is a healthy creamy and refreshing alternative to store bought normal sour cream.
- 1 package silken tofu
- 1/3 cup plant based milk, original asks for soy milk, I had oat milk on hand
- 3 Tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro or dill
- 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
